sea spines, filati, and air dry clay

I am a mosaic artist based in Western Massachusetts. I took a mosaic class in Venice Italy 10 years ago on a whim and was hooked immediately. My work is inspire by by nature. I like to combine natural elements with glass to create contrasting textures and patterns. I find mosaics very therapeutic and to create art one tiny piece at a time I am excited that there is a limitless supply of materials to use in mosaics and am continually trying to find new things to glue down.
